Consult O’Hora Eye Care Center’s eye care physicians in Lackawanna County, PA. We have been providing professional quality eye care and products at consistently low prices since 1968 when James O’Hora opened the doors to serve his community. Over the past 55 years, his dedication to his community has grown into two offices in Lackawanna County. O’Hora Eye Care Center is now run by his son, Joseph O’Hora. Joseph has been an optician for more than 30 years. He holds an Associates Degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing.

Nicholas Darbenzio, O.D.
Dr. Nicholas Darbenzio is a doctor of Optometry with over 20 years of experience. He is a 1999 graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry with a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University. Dr. Darbenzio specialize in vision correction, contact lens fitting, and diagnosing and treating ocular diseases. Dr. Darbenzio practices in both the Clarks Summit and Scranton offices.
Marie Sokol, O.D.
Dr. Marie Sokol is a doctor of Optometry with over 34 years of experience. Dr. Sokol graduated in 1987 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton. Dr. Sokol has substantial experience diagnosing and correcting any deficiencies in vision, and specializes in comprehensive eye exams, as well as all types of contact lens fittings. She also treats a wide range of ocular diseases and eye problems. Dr. Sokol sees patients in the Scranton office.
- Dr. Nicholas Darbenzio is the optometrist in Clark Summit. He also has office hours in our Scranton office.
- Dr. Marie O’Hora-Sokol is in the Scranton office with certain days available for appointments.
